Three settings — suggest only, do the reversible things, or run freely. No setting ever lets money move or a customer be contacted without a person. That is enforced in code from the tool's classification, never from what the model asserts about itself.

Every action shows what it looked at and why. An AI whose reasoning you cannot inspect is one you either over-trust or switch off, and both are failures.

Each officer is examined on fixed cases every time the product is built, and the build fails if one fails. An officer failing its exam cannot be put on a trial or promoted, and its results are on its report card.

A finding counts as verified only when its outcome leaves a trace in your data — a duplicate removed, a subscription stopped, a supplier's price come down. Each month sets them beside what the platform cost, each officer's are shown on their own, and every line is append-only: a wrong one is answered by another line, never edited.
